When Crooked-Society-Dream seemed to us like a viewpoint on top of a mountain
Away from any societal life on top of a beautiful high mountain [Only crooked pathways wind up to that mountain] you have a stunning boundaryless view. The panorama unfolds in every direction. It seems that the place spans across all of the continent stretching to its farthest edges and offers for each its personal perspective. The cities look very different, the endless vision is lost. You crash into facades, borders, walls wherever you turn your gaze. People have only a limited view of the continent, rarely looking beyond their own noses. So they forget about the crooked pathways that lead to the view from the mountain.
